We match equipment to cargo, not the other way around. Every unit is inspected before dispatch.
Enclosed, weatherproof and the default for palletized retail freight.
Temperature-controlled with continuous logging and pre-cool verification.
Open deck with tarps and straps available for oversized or awkward freight.
No portals to learn, no per-load renegotiation. You send the details — we handle the rest.
STEP 01
Send origin, destination, weight and equipment. You get a real number, not a range that changes later.
STEP 02
Authority, insurance and safety score checked before the truck rolls. You get the carrier name up front.
STEP 03
GPS pings, milestone alerts and a dispatcher who picks up the phone when something needs a decision.
"Isn't a broker just a middleman?"
We are the middleman, and that is the point — we carry the vetting, the insurance verification and the phone calls so you don't have to.
"What if the rate changes after I book?"
It doesn't. The quoted rate is the booked rate unless you change the freight details or add accessorials.
"I already have carriers I trust."
Keep them. We work alongside your routing guide and only take the loads you hand over.
"How do I know the truck will show up?"
You get the carrier name, MC number and driver contact before pickup. If a truck falls through, we re-cover at no extra cost.
"Is this worth it for a few loads a month?"
Small shippers get the same dispatch desk as large ones. There is no minimum volume and no monthly retainer.
All packages include carrier vetting, live tracking and a named dispatcher.
Pay per load / no minimum
Best for one-off shipments and seasonal spikes when volume is unpredictable.
From $2,150 / week
Reserved capacity on the lanes you run every week, with the same carriers each time.
Custom / scoped to volume
We run your whole freight desk: routing guide, carrier mix, reporting and exceptions.
A planning estimate, not a binding quote. Real rates depend on lane density and pickup window.

Head of Operations
"A load is only covered when the truck is at the dock. Everything before that is planning."
Lead Dispatcher
"Shippers don't need more updates. They need the one update that says the problem is handled."
Every carrier is checked against FMCSA authority, active insurance certificates, safety score and out-of-service history before we tender a load. We also review prior on-time performance on comparable lanes. Carriers who fail a check are removed from the pool, not downgraded. You receive the carrier name and MC number before pickup.
Your dispatcher contacts you as soon as a delay is identified — not after the delivery window passes. We confirm the cause, give a revised ETA and propose options: wait, transload or re-cover with a backup carrier. Re-covering a failed pickup costs you nothing extra. Delays caused by weather or receiver issues are documented for your records.
Standard coverage on major lanes happens within a few hours during desk hours. Same-day and expedited requests are prioritized and often covered within 60 to 90 minutes, depending on lane density and equipment type. If we cannot cover at the quoted rate, we tell you before booking rather than after.
One named person owns your loads end to end. They know your lanes, your receivers, your appointment rules and your paperwork requirements. They book carriers, monitor transit, handle exceptions and send you a single weekly summary. You get a direct phone number and a direct email — no ticket queue and no repeating your account details to a new rep.
Yes. Reefer loads are handled with pre-cool verification, continuous temperature logging and same-day log upload after delivery. We ask for your target range and any receiver-specific requirements before dispatch, and we confirm the trailer is set correctly before the driver arrives at your dock. Both frozen and refrigerated ranges are supported.
New accounts are typically prepaid or card-on-file for the first load, then net 15 or net 30 once the account is established. We issue one consolidated invoice per week with load-level detail, including linehaul, fuel and any accessorials. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums on Spot Market and no charges for quote requests.
Two short steps. A dispatcher replies during desk hours, usually within minutes.
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Dispatch desk answers in minutes during business hours.
